- Chicken drumsticks: 2 pounds
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Paprika: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and toss the chicken drumsticks until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and arrange the seasoned drumsticks on it, spaced apart.
- Bake the chicken drumsticks for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- Allow the drumsticks to cool before storing them in an airtight container.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
- Reheat frozen drumsticks in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
