Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Chili seasoning: 2 tablespoons
- Onion, finely chopped: 1 medium
- Cheddar cheese, shredded: 1 cup
- Eggs: 2 large
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chili seasoning, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use ground beef with a bit more fat for a juicier meatloaf.
- Do not overmix the meat mixture to avoid a tough texture.
- Always preheat the oven for even cooking.
- Let the meatloaf rest after baking to retain moisture.
- Season well with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor.
