- 1 large head Romaine lettuce
- 2 pieces Grilled chicken breast
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by rinsing it under cold water, patting it dry, and seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest before slicing.
- Wash the romaine lettuce, shake off excess water, and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.
- Slice the grilled chicken and add it on top of the romaine lettuce. Sprinkle croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients. Serve immediately.
