- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

- As needed Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the skewers by threading marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Let skewers rest for a few minutes after grilling to allow juices to redistribute.
