- 2 cups, cooked and shredded Chicken breast
- 1 packet (about 1 oz) Ranch seasoning
- 2 cups, shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices, cooked and crumbled Bacon
- 8 oz, uncooked Pasta (like penne or rotini)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture, folding in the crumbled bacon and remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
