- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 red onion
- Balsamic vinaigrette (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, and slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, onions, and blue cheese.
- Slice the steak against the grain and add it to the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
