- Chicken breasts: 4 pieces
- Cream cheese: 8 oz
- Fresh spinach: 2 cups
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh spinach, minced garlic, and shredded mozzarella cheese until well mixed.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the filling.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
