Ingredients
- Fresh tomatoes: 4 large
- Canned tuna: 1 can (5 oz)
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped pickles: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill): 1 tablespoon, chopped

Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes under cool water and slice off the top of each tomato to create an opening.
- Scoop out the insides of the tomatoes and set them upside down on a paper towel to drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each hollowed tomato with the tuna mixture, packing it gently but firmly.
- Chill the stuffed tomatoes in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
